About
Chiang Mai IVF Polyclinic says it was founded in 2016 by a group of doctors from Kullapat Polyclinic, and that its clinicians are medical-school teaching staff. Its English pages list infertility assessment and counselling, IUI and ovulation induction, IVF and ICSI, preimplantation genetic diagnosis and screening (PGD/PGS), and banking of eggs, sperm and embryos. An interpreter service appears among its services.
Its Thai history page describes a purpose-built site of about four rai near the Chiang Mai–Lampang superhighway, roughly 15 minutes by car from Chiang Mai airport, with cleanroom egg-collection and embryo-culture rooms, computer-controlled incubators, back-up power, computer-assisted semen analysis and in-house hormone testing with results in two to three hours.
The clinic states RTAC accreditation, listed as valid to November 2026; the ISO 9001, ISO 15189 and ISO 15190 certificates it also shows carry expiry dates earlier in 2026. Its service-cost page carried no prices when checked.
IVF and Fertility Clinics
Chiang Mai IVF Polyclinic is a fertility-only clinic opened in 2016 by obstetrician-gynaecologists who also teach at a medical school; the clinic is led by Professor Teraporn Vutyavanich. It lists IUI, IVF and ICSI, embryo transfer, PGD for couples with inherited conditions and PGS screening, alongside embryo banking, and it says it treats Thai patients, foreign residents and visitors from abroad.
The clinic describes cleanroom egg-collection and culture rooms, computer-controlled incubators with back-up power, and same-day hormone results. It states RTAC accreditation listed to November 2026. It is open every day, with weekday hours to 20:00, and the doctors' listed sessions fall mainly on weekday evenings and at weekends.
No prices are published online. It may suit couples living in northern Thailand who want IVF without travelling to Bangkok.

Egg Freezing Clinics
Chiang Mai IVF Polyclinic lists egg banking alongside sperm and embryo freezing, describing long-term frozen storage as an option for both fertile and infertile people. Its pages do not set out an egg-freezing programme, eligibility rules, a package or storage fees.
The process would run through the same clinic as its IVF cycles, with monitoring and egg collection on site and stated RTAC accreditation. The clinic is open daily, which can make monitoring visits easier to fit around work.
Because so little is published, treat this as a starting point for questions rather than a defined package. It may suit women in northern Thailand who would rather not travel to Bangkok for each scan.
