A small editorial team runs this site. Email reaches us fastest.

What we can help with
- Errors. Name the page and link to the provider's own page with the correct details, or send them through the correction form.
- New listings. Use the listing form. It is free, and every submission gets an editorial decision.
- Our method. The how we review page covers most questions.
What we cannot do
We do not give medical advice, recommend doctors or make bookings; contact the provider for those. In an emergency in Thailand, call 1669 for emergency medical services or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
When to expect a reply
A small team reads the inbox, so we aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections that come with a source are usually dealt with first. If a provider has changed its prices or services and you need an answer quickly, the provider's own website or international patient desk will be faster than we are.
Reporting an error
Tell us the address of the page, what it says, and what you believe is correct. Add a link to the provider's official website or a regulator's page that shows the current detail; we cannot change a page on the strength of a review site, a forum post or a screenshot alone. Once we have checked the source, we update the page and its "last checked" date. The how we review page explains which sources we accept.
Questions from providers
Hospitals and clinics are welcome to point us to pages on their own site that have changed. We do not accept payment, advertising or sponsored wording, and writing to us does not change where a provider appears in a comparison.
